He is survived by his wife, Kay; son, Randy and wife Susan; daughter, Cathi and husband Greg Palumbo; step-daughter, Sharon and husband Kevin Gregory; and step-granddaughter, Kelsey Polovina.
He was very patriotic and served his country twice during World War II and the Korean Conflict with the 45th Division. He enjoyed people and was always a true gentleman. He was a member of Greystone Presbyterian Church for 57 years. He owned and operated Johnson Builders Supply in Oklahoma City. He was an avid fisherman who loved fishing with his friends, especially with Frank and Howard.
Visitation will be Monday evening from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Smith and Kernke, 14624 N. May Ave. A Memorial Service to celebrate his life will be held Tuesday morning at 10:30 a.m. at Greystone Presbyterian Church, 8300 Greystone Ave. in Oklahoma City.
The family would like to thank Dr. Robert Reynolds, Dr. Gin Wang, Mercy Hospital, Platinum Health, and Sooner Hospice for their wonderful care and support. Donations may be made to Greystone Presbyterian Church or the charity of your choice.
