Margaret Moffat Henderson, 85, of Farr West, died Monday, Apr. 1, 2002, at her home in West Wood Village of natural causes. She was born in Smoot, Nov 24, 1916 to James T. and Lulu Brown Moffat.

Funeral services were held Friday, Apr 5. Interment in Leavitt's Aultorest Memorial Park.

On June 14, 1993, she married Otto Farmer Henderson in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He died Sept 15, 1988. They had six children.
Margaret was an active member of the LDS Church, holding many positions throughout her life. She was also active in the Daughters of the Utah Pioneers.
On May 27, 1995, she married Dewey Henderson. They shared a great love for each other and enjoyed traveling and going on many cruises together.
Surviving are her husband, four daughters, Shonna Henderson, Susan Henderson, Michelle Sabbagh, Ogden; Sandra Hislop, Huntsville; ons son Eugene Henderson, McKinney, TX; 14 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, ons step-son and three step-daughters and their extended families. She is also survived by six sisters, Ruby Black, Reta Berg, Dorthy Lunt, MaryLou Cromquist, Patricia Kay, Edna Jones, and one brother Ted Moffat.

She was preceded in death by one son Larry Henderson, one granddaughter, two brothers Blaine Moffat and Lloyd Moffat and one sister Thelma Robison.
