Informant was Wichita Falls State Hospital. He was in hospital for 7 years and 298 days. His original address was Olton, Lamb, Texas
He was Buried Aug 4, 1969 At Plains Cemetery, Plains, Yoakum, Texas
John R Jones and Fronie [this is a nick name for Saphronia Bell Jones, his mother] were listed as parents. It states he was a farmer and divorced. SS# was 451-90-0102
