Charles Warren Newcity, 70, died March 26. The Tampa, Fla., native retired as a master sergeant from the Air Force after 22 years. He also retired from the Postal Service after 22 years. He was a member of the Coastal Sports Club and American Legion Post No. 36.
SURVIVORS: his wife, Mildred W. Newcity of Savannah; three daughters, Barbara xxx., Susan xxx and Kathleen xxx; two sons, Charles W. Newcity Jr. and Mark A. Newcity; a brother, Robert S. Newcity of Tampa; and 14 grandchildren.
