BLYTHEWOOD - A funeral service for Donald Lee Corley, 79, of Blythewood will be held 2 o'clock Friday afternoon, December 14, 2007, at Trinity United Methodist Church with Revs. Scott Bratton and Cathy Jamieson-Ogg officiating. Interment with Masonic rites will follow in the church cemetery. Memorials may be made to Trinity United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 864, Blythewood, SC 29016.

Mr. Corley died Wednesday, December 12, 2007. Born in West Columbia, he was the son of the late Eddie R. and Susan Hook Corley. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps where he received the Good Conduct and China Service medals and also served in the Air National Guard. Mr. Corley was a long time member of Trinity United Methodist Church active in the Blythewood Masonic Lodge and the American Legion.

He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Lida Boney Corley of Blythewood; sister, Eugenia C. Ashley of West Columbia; 17 nieces and nephews.
