Joseph Agostino, 85, of Latrobe, formerly of Bradenville, died Thursday, May 20, 2004, at his home.
Born March 19, 1919, in Latrobe, he was a son of the late James P. and Anna Marie Domingo Agostino.
Former owner of Agostino's Service Station in Bradenville, he had managed several service stations in his career. He was a member of the AMVETS and a former member of the Frontier Club. He was also a member of the Derry Township Vol. Fire Department.
A World War II veteran, he served in the U.S. Army.
He was preceded in death by three brothers, Alfred, Leonard and James; six sisters, Theresa DiMalta, Gloria English, Elizabeth Toy, Angeline Kusinsky, Laura Lutterman and Mela "Rose" Palumbo.
He is survived by his wife, Annabell Moore Agostino; a daughter, Beverly Ror-abaugh and her husband, Arthur, Greensburg;
Also a grandson; a brother, Eugene Augustine, of Latrobe; a sister, Isabelle Riley, of Mt. Shasta, Calif.; several nieces and nephews.
Services were held Saturday in Latrobe United Methodist Church with Pastor Aimee W. Twigg officiating.
Interment was in Unity Cemetery, Unity Township.
