County Surveyor N. McKimmey died at his home in Chandler last Friday from an attack of pneumonia. He had been sick but two days. The funeral occurred Sunday afternoon, and the remains were interred in the new cemetery. Mr. McKimmey was serving his third term as county surveyor. He was the nominee of his party for surveyor in each of the five elections held in this county. He was elected in 1892, in 1896, and in 1900. He is quite well-known throughout the county.
