Bill passed away on Tuesday, Oct. 27 at the Wolfe Living Center At Summit in Harrah at the age of 84. He was born on Oct. 15, 1925 to his parents Jasper and Myrtle Collier in Rogers. Bill married the one and only love of his life Geneva Louise (Patterson). He loved to work and spend time at home with his family. He worked as a master diesel mechanic at the Albert and Harlow Caterpillar Dealership in Tulsa for several years before starting to work at Western Hills State Lodge as the maintenance supervisor for 20 years and retired in 1991. Bill is preceded in death by his father, Jasper Collier, and mother, Myrtle Storm, one infant brother, Charles Collier, and Doyle Newton, two sisters; Juanita Fletcher and one infant sister. He is survived by his wife, Geneva Collier, three sons, William Collier Jr and wife, Patricia, of Harrah, Corkey Collier and wife, Sheilla, of Wagoner, and Larry Collier, of Wagoner, three brothers, Odie Collier and wife, Jean, of Claremore, Donald Collier of Meeker, Phillip Collier and wife, Ruby, of Meeker. Funeral Services were held on Friday, Oct. 30 at Shipman Funeral Home Chapel burial followed at the IOOF Cemetery in Hulbert.
