MARTIN BLAIR ALBRIGHT.
Of 307 Wall street, Hollidaysburg, died at his home at 4.30 o'clock yesterday afternoon of a complication of diseases. He was born near Roaring Spring on Aug. 3, 1869, a son of Jacob and Sara Albright, and engaged in farming for some years. Later he was employed in the rolling mills at Duncansville, serving the community also as postmaster for a period of three years. He was a lifelong and active member of the Church of the Brethren and for a number of years was superintendent of the Sunday school in the Carson Valley church. At the time of his death he was assessor of the Sixth ward in Hollidaysburg where he had resided for the past fourteen years. On June 18, 1890, he was united in marriage with Miss Josephine Erb at Roaring Spring. Surviving are his wife, one son, Martin B. Albright, jr., one grandson and three brothers, Lloyd Albright of Roaring Spring, Harry and Calvin of the city.
