Alvis Flood, Boaz, route 1, died suddenly Saturday evening at his home. He was 67.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Essie Flood; two daughters, Mrs. Henry Smith, Boaz, route 1, and Mrs. Emmett Crowell, Hopkinsville, route 3; a son, M. A. Flood, Symsonia; 10 grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren.
Mr. Flood was a member of Carter's Mill Holiness Church.
Funeral services were conducted at 2:30 p.m. today at the Clarks River Baptist Church by the Rev. Pony Clapp and the Rev. Noble Taylor. Burial was in the church cemetery.
Linn Funeral Home, Benton, was in charge of arrangements.
