Elder Lee Collum, 95, of Shelbyville, passed away Tuesday, October 27, 2009 at his residence.
Service will be 2:00 p.m. Friday, October 30, 2009 at Mangum Funeral Home Chapel with his grandsons, Jerry Lee Collum, Jeffrey Collum and Jon Collum officiating. Burial will follow at Wimberly Cemetery in Huxley. Visitation will be Thursday, October 29, 2009 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Mangum Funeral Home.
He was born August 6, 1914 to James Willis and Martha (Wilburn) Collum. He was a minister and a member of New Harmony Missionary Baptist Church.
He is preceded in death by his Father and Step-Mother, Jim and Lela Collum and Mother, Martha Wilburn Collum, Wife, Lorene Poole Collum, Daughter, Deborah Ann Collum, Son, Jerry P. Collum, and Brothers, Paul Collum, J.L. Collum and J.W. Collum and Sisters, Irene Barton and Ruth Hinton.
