Joe Moss Coleman was a native of Frankston, Texas and resided in Bridge City for the past forth-eight years. He retired after twenty-five years of service as Production Foreman from Firestone and retired after fifteen years of service with Wal-Mart. He was an Army veteran having served in the Korean Conflict.
Preceding him in death are his parents Joseph and Gauda (Heidleberg) Coleman; six sisters, Lois Coleman, Ruth Beadle, Sammye White, Tommye Blevins, Reba Barbour, and Patricia Thomas.
Those left to cherish his memory are his wife of forth-eight years, Bertie Coleman of Bridge City; son Monte Errington and wife Darlene of Palm City, Florida, son Joe M. Coleman, II and wife Nancy of Houma,Louisiana; daughters Cynthia Eames and husband Greg of Spartanburg, South Carolina, and Paula Coleman of Bridge City; grandchildren, Nicole McCormic, Jonathon Errington, Mandy Rhodes, Amy Coleman, Brian Coleman, and Charles Joseph Eames; and one great-grandchild, Madyson Rhodes.
