Charity Elvira Tye passed to her reward at the home of her son Tom Tye, southeast of Lindsay, Sunday, June 5. She had not been in good health for some time, suffering fram a heart ailment, and her death was attributed to a heart attack. She was 78 yrs old, 5 mos. and 23 days old when the death angel called.
Charity and her husband and children moved to the Indian Territroy near where Lindsay is situated more than 40 years ago.
