John Marion called "Jinks" was killed in an auto accident in which his cousin was driving. He layed in the hospital 4 hours without care because no one was able to vouch for the bill. When he died, they contacted his children George and Dorothy; but no one wanted to do anything, so Elmer, his brother, had him buried beside his mother and father in Cicero Cemetery. They were building a road through there and Elmer was the supervisor, so he filled in the road for a grave for John.
