NORTON - Paul H. Neiferd, 74, passed away Oct. 26 at Akron General Medical Center. Born in Van Wert County, he was an Army veteran of World War II and had retired from the B.F. Goodrich Co. in 1977 with 30 years service. He had attended Hope United Methodist Church. He is survived by wife, Evelyn L.; sons and daughters-in-law, Paul A. and Scherrol of Green Township, Keith A. and Peggy of Norton, Master Sgt. Douglas K. and Suki of San Antonio, Texas; son, Brian S. of Stow; five grandchildren. Funeral services Saturday, 10:30 a.m. at the Eckard-Baldwin Funeral Home, Rev. Paul George officiating. Interment at Hillside Memorial Park. Firestone Post V.F.W. will conduct graveside military services.
