Betty M. Beltz, 66, died Dec. 15, 1996 at a Colorado Springs, Color., care center.

She was born Oct. 21, 1930 at Hutchinson the daughter of Lewis F. and Eva I. Lehman Miller. A former resident of Hutchinson and Reno County, living in Colorado Springs since 1960 she was a retired kitchen supervisor at Watson Junior High School, Widefield, Colo.

She was a member of Security Church of the Nazarene, Security, Colo.

Survivors include: two sons, Michael, Colorado Springs, and Phil, Penrose, Colo., two daughters, Linda Hasbrook, Colorado Springs, and Judi Brown, Littleton, Colo., three brothers, James Miller, Plevna, Delbert Miller, Ulysses, and Edward Miller, Wichita; a sister, Eva Lou Brennan, Colorado Springs and 10 grandchildren.

Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Elliott Chapel, Hutchinson with the Rev. Terry E. Deal presiding. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the mortuary. Burial will be in the Abbyville Cemetery.
