Devoted "Bubie" of Matt, Jamie and Jodie Honigman, Mandy and Ben Slutsker and Dani and Lee'at Bacher. Fond sister of Jack (Shirley) Weiner of Milwaukee and Mickey (Al) Lerner of Glendale. Sister-in-law of Ed (Faye) Hirschberg of San Francisco and Yoel (Yona) Hirschberg of Israel. Survived by other family, many friends and mah-jongg devotees. Ruth was an active member in many Jewish organizations including ORT, Hadassah, Na'amat, Beth El Ner Tamid Synagogue, B'nai B'rith Women, Jewish Family Service, Jewish Community Center and Jewish Home and Care Center. She was particularly fond of the Milwaukee Jewish Day School. Funeral Services will be 3 PM Wed., June 18, 1997 at Beth El Ner Tamid Synagogue, 2909 W. Mequon Rd., Mequon. Interment following at Mound Zion Cemetery, 14400 W. North Ave., Brookfield. Memorial contributions to Milwaukee Jewish Day School or Beth El Ner Tamid Synagogue.
