Our grandfather, Professor Frederick Alexander Hillery ,
was educated at Wesleyan University
and later did his graduate work for his Masters degree at the University of Leipsic. He attended many colleges including Harvard during 1897 and 1898.
He taught at several colleges including Ogden College and St Albins University.
After his retirement he ran the large family farm with his wife and children.

and Helen M.Paine Hillery.

Fredericks first wife was Ada J Blanchard

Fredericks second wife was
Minnie Cooper Hunt.
They had four children and raised them on the family farm.
