WILLIAM H. DECKER
ONEIDA, Aug. 22, --William H. Decker, 68, died Saturday at the home of his niece, Mrs. J. P. Loughlin, 345 William Street, after a long illness. He was born Sept. 29, 1859, in Fish Creek and had lived there nearly all his life until he came to this city about 15 years ago. He was a communicant of St. John's Episcopal Church and a member of the Rome Chapter, 150, royal Arcanum. Surviving are a sister, Mrs. Rose Randall of Ilion; a brother, Melford Decker of this city and several nieces and nephews.
