Steve passed away unexpectedly at Sutter Hospital. He graduated from San Leandro High School in 1982. Steve was a hard-working, gifted and talented musician who loved his music, family and friends. Steve is survived by his parents, Dan and Sunny Plouvier of Goodyear, AZ; Sister/Brother-in-law, Lorrie and Ron Billalon and Nephew, Tony Billalon of Castro Valley. Steve also leaves Sophie, his pet cat of many years. Those of us whom Steve left behind were blessed to have him in our lives, and we will deeply miss him. Burial was in Placerville, Calif, on November 24 at Westwood Hills Memorial Park.
