George Walker Tole, who had resided in Jones several years, and in this county more than twenty-five years, died at his home shortly after noon on Thursday of last week, after several weeks' illness. Funeral services were held Friday afternoon at the Christian church, followed by burial in the Odd Fellows cemetery. Rev. Haddock of Norman was in charge. Mr. Tole was 40 years old on the day of his death. He is survived by his wife, three sons and one daughter; also by his father G. F. Tole; two brothers L. C. Tole and Ira Tole, and one sister, Mrs. J. B. Kennedy, all of whom have the sympathy of the community in their sorrow.
