--Virgil W. Cronk, 92, 514 Broad ST., died Sunday in Henry County Memorial Hospital.
--Mr. Cronk was born in Henry County and lived here all of his life. He was a member of First Presbyterian Church. He retired from Ingersol Steel Corp. (now Abesta Stainless Steel Corp.), where he was a steel roller for 47 years. He was a World War I Army veteran. He was a member of the Last Man's Club and New Castle American Legion Post 137.
--A daughter, Wanda Nugen, died in 1988. Three sisters and three brothers also preceded him in death.
--Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. today in Lewisville Cemetery, with Rev. David J. VanDam officiating. There is no calling. Hostetler Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
