Beulah V. Merritt Brant, 78, Pittsboro, died Saturday, May 12 in Golden Manor Health Care Center, Brownsburg.
The daughter of James and Anna Duncan Merritt, she was born May 7, 1906 at Brownsburg.
Mrs. Brant had been employed by Aircraft & Electronic Specialties Inc., Avon, retiring in 1969. The widow of Walter Brant, she was a lifelong Hendricks county resident and member of White Lick Presbyterian church, Brownsburg.
Service were Tuesday, May 15, in Matthews Mortuary, Brownsburg, with Rev. Tom Sexton officiating. Burial was in Lizton K of P cemetery.
Surviving are a daughter, Peggy McClung, GA., brothers, Wayne Merritt, NV. and Edward Merritt, Danville, sisters, Evelyn Collins, CA. and Doris Hayden, Brownsburg; three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
