Mrs. Frances O. Cassidy, 73, Rushville, formerly of Homer, died Wednesday at St. Vincent Hospital. Mrs. Cassidy lived most of her life in the Homer area before moving to Rushville several months ago.
Born in Carthage Nov. 18, 1904, Mrs. Cassidy was a daughter of Thomas and Anna (Morgan) Ryse. She was married to Frank J. Cassidy March 23, 1931, and he preceded in death in Jun, 1962.
Mrs. Cassidy was a member of Homer Christian Church.
Survivors include a son, Ted Cassidy of Rush County: two sisters, Mrs. Vera Jones, Rushville, and Mrs. Nova Morris, Greenfield, and two grandchildren.
Funeral service Mortuary will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Moster and Sons Mortuary in Rushville with burial in Arlington East Hill Cemetery. Friends may call at the mortuary after 3 p.m. Friday. Rev. W. B. Jenkins will officiate.
