KILLED INSTANTLY
IN FALL OFF DAM
The body of Robert Ayers, 25, formerly of Seymour and Springfield who was killed instantly Thursday morning in a 65-foot fall from a dam at Occoquan, Va., was returned here last night for services and burial.
An employee of the Case Construction Company, Mr. Ayers had been working in the project area for several years.
He is survived by his wife, Virginia, of the home in Alexandria, Va., two sons, Charles and Roger Lee; one sister, Mrs. Barbara Palmer of Oklahoma City, and his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Ayers, of Alexandria, formerly of Seymour.
Services will be under direction of Bergman-Miller of Seymour.

David Hastie officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery under direction of Bergman-Miller.
Survivors include his wife, Genevieve.
