FROSTBURG,MARYLAND -- Mary Ann Bolden, 99, of 1188 Sampson Rock Road, Frostburg, died Saturday, April 10, 1999, at Sacred Heart Hospital.
Born Jan. 21, 1900, in Finzel, she was the daughter of the late Casper Dress and Anna (Kiedel) Dress. She also was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Bolden; a daughter, Eleanor Werner; and a son, Robert Bolden.
Mrs. Bolden was a homemaker. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, Pocahontas, Pa.
Surviving are one son, Oliver Bolden and wife Evelyn, Finzel; three daughters, Pauline Arnone and husband James, Frostburg, Wilda Dunn and husband Robert, and Sylvia Baer, all of Finzel; 23 grandchildren; 38 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren. She was the last member of her immediate family.
Friends will be received at the Durst Funeral Home, P.A., Frostburg, on Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
A Christian Wake Service will be held at the funeral home Monday at 8 p.m.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Pocahontas, Pa., on Tuesday at 10 a.m. with Father Bernard White officiating.
