Anita Jane Froedge 88 of Glasgow, KY died Friday October 16, 2009 at NHC Healthcare Facility in Glasgow. She was born in Barren County the daughter of the late Ernest and Annie Pearl Adwell Scott. Her husband was the late Charles Oakley Froedge. Mrs. Froedge was a former employee of Newberry's in Glasgow and the NHC Healthcare. She was a member of the Glasgow Baptist Church and had worked with the Nursery school program there.

Survivors include her son Jerry Froedge of Glasgow; a sister-in-law Anita Scott of Glasgow; Nieces, Sharon McGinnis of Glasgow, Judy Greer of Lebanon, TN and Patricia Edison of Goodlettsville, TN; a nephew Greg Scott of Glasgow and several great nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a brother Ernest Scott Jr. and two sisters, Nina Jump and Aline Bragg.

Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Sunday October 18, 2009 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery.
