On Tuesday, Dec. 3, 1912 at 11:15 a.m., Lina A, beloved wife of William H. Sweeney in the seventieth year of her age. Funeral from her late residence, 520 Twelfth St. S. E. on Friday, Dec. 6 at 9 a.m., thence to St. Peter's Church where requiem mass will be said.
Rumors that Ann is the child of Caleb Clarke Magruder are in error. If she wanted her descendants to know her background she would have told them. Whatever the circumstances, it was her well kept secret.
