The Alabama Death Records shown his DOD as 28 Jan 1941. His obituary dated 29 Jan 1941 (Wednesday) stated that he died on Tuesday which would have been 28 Jan. Therefore, it is believed that the death date on the tombstone is incorrect (Timotheus)
