Mrs. Anna D. Fisher, Mother of Mrs. Park Stark and Mrs. Les Longhurst of Placerville, is spending a little time in the county hospitlal, having suffered a stoke at her home about 3 weeks ago. Mrs. Fisher, who in her younger years was a busy social club woman and very active in lodge work, now is 91 years of age and leads a little more quiet life, most recently making her home in a rest home near Placerville.

Mrs. Anna Diana Fisher, who died Monday in a local hospital, will be buried on her ninety-first birthday. Funeral services are to be jointly conducted by Vance Vaught of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and Leona Rebekah Lodge Saturday at 2PM at Memory Chapel. Burial will be in Union Cemetery.
Mrs. Fisher was born in Hyrum, Utah, May 13, 1870. She had lived in California, Eldorado county since 1938. She was a 51 year member of the Rebekah Lodge in Salt Lake City.
Surviving her are her daughters, Mrs. Lettie (Mary Boletti) Longhurst and Mrs. Sue (Susan Naomi) Stark of Placerville, four grandchildren, seven great-grand children and five great great- grandchildren.

Anna Diane is buried in the same grave with her daughter, Anna Luella Sutter. The marker is small, just a few inches in diameter. It is just inside the gate shown on this memorial and to the right.
