Ernest H. Craiger of Maple Hollow Town Houses, Box 367 W-4, Duncansville RD 1, died at 2:30 pm yesterday, July 15, 1977 at Mercy Hospital, following an extended illness. Mr. Craiger retired in 1968 from the Air Force as a master sergeant with 18 years service and in 1970 retired as division manager of the automotive department of Sears Roebuck & Co., Washington, D.C. He was born May 30, 1918, in Altoona, a son of Benjamin H. and Jennie A. (Crider) Craiger, and married Marian L. Holton on Dec. 31, 1941, in Altoona. Surviving are his wife, two sons, Dale E. of Clinton, MD, and Timmie H. of Elkhart, IN; a granddaughter, and a sister, Mrs. Grace Forney of Altoona. Mr. Craiger attended Grace Bible Church, Lakemont. Friends will be received in the E. Merrill Smith Funeral Home from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday.
