Mrs. Annie M. Mumper, 77, widow of Jeremiah R. Mumper, died at 1:30 a.m. Saturday in her residence, 1145 N. Elizabeth St., following a year's long illness.
She was born in Reeds Gap, Pa., and came to Lima several years ago. Her husband preceded her in death Nov. 23, 1944.
Surviving are four sons, Charles, Harry, Virgil, all of Lima, and James of Michigan; three daughters, Mrs. Marie Ware, Mrs. Jesse Ballinger and Miss Elizabeth Mumper all of Lima; three brothers, William, Charles and Dan Andres all of Pennsylvania; two sisters, Mrs. June Ichlenburger and Miss Belle Andres, also of Pennsylvania, 23 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
The body will be removed Saturday from the Davis-Miller Funeral Home to the residence where it will remain until time of services. Final rites will be conducted in the Davis-Miller Catherdral Chapel at 2 p.m. Tuesday with Rev. Paul N. Runk officiating. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery.
