Lynn Duncan Strandberg, a relative, thinks this grave was Hugh Younger the son of Mrs. Jennie Younger (Nancy Jane Younger) according to a letter written 26 Feb 1925 by Jennie Younger (residing in Silvies, Grant, Oregon). In this letter Jennie says she hasn't been to the Cemetery in 25 years which would have been about 1899 when Hugh Younger died. I was contacted by a relative in 2010 who said that he saw an obituary for Hugh Younger in old mortuary records in Baker, Oregon.
