Bogle

PLANO - Walter Harris Bogle, former Whitewright resident, died Nov. 9 at the Lancaster Veterans Hospital.

Burial was at Oak Lawn Cemetery, Cooper.

Bogle attended Whitewright schools graduating in 1926. He attended Southern Methodist University and University of Arkansas. He was a World War II veteran.

He married the former Geraldine Hooten Nov. 20, 1932 at Altus, Okla.

Bogle was retired from the Burlington Northern and Houston Belt Terminal Railways, was a member of the Gilmer Masonic Lodge and Houston Shrine.

Survivors include his wife; Plano; one daughter, Jeanne Tussy, Wylie; two sons, Jack Bogle and Jim Bogle, both of Richardson and one brother, Jack Bogle, Dallas.
