ELGIN - Funeral for Marie Toth, 67, Elgin, will be at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday in Becker Funeral Home Memorial Chapel with Bud Jones, pastor, officiating.
Mrs. Toth died Saturday, Oct. 10, 2009, at Fort Sill.
Burial will be in Fort Sill National Cemetery, Elgin.
She was born March 5, 1942, in Medicine Park, to Ray and Nadine Cox Gibson. She grew up in several places but had lived in the Lawton area most of her life. She worked in several positions including at Comanche County Memorial Hospital and Fort Sill National Bank, but she was primarily a homemaker. She married Vic Toth on April 2, 1960, in Lawton. She was a Baptist.
Survivors include her husband, of the home; a son, Larry Toth, Fletcher; a daughter and son-in-law, Diana and David Alvey, Elgin; a brother and sister-in-law, Jack and Martha Gibson, Lawton; five grandchildren: Josh Toth and wife Kendra, Traci Alvey, Zachary Toth, Kellie Alvey and Tyler Toth; and a special friend, Pat Shockey, Fletcher.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and a sister, Phyllis Heim.
