Marjory, age 91, of rural Blue River, died at Boscobel Area Healthcare. She was born the daughter of Vere & Esther (Collins) Pippin.
Marjory married Lloyd Georgeson on August 13, 1941. Both were lifelong Blue River area residents. Lloyd preceded her in death on August 18, 1992. Marjory taught in the Lone Rock, Ithaca, Blue River and Riverdale Schools, teaching English and drama, and served as a librarian. She was a member of the Blue River United Methodist Church and active in their circles. Marjory belonged to the Order of the Easter Star for over 50 years.
She also enjoyed playing cards, reading, needlepoint, local theatrical events and visiting with family and friends.
Survivors include two sons, two daughters and their spouses, nine grandchildren, four great-grandchildren; her brother, a special cousin, nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends.
Marjory was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; her brother, George Pippin and her son-in-law, James Einum.
