Dates per DC. Great Uncle Buck first married Emma Louise Corn & they had 2 children: Jack William & Ethel Josephine Katherine. While in labor with their 3rd child both Emma & the child passed away.

He next married Nettie Grant who was reportedly a riverboat dancer & very beautiful. Per a cousin, Nettie's brothers talked him into driving the getaway car as they robbed a bank. Per Menard Correctional Center in Illinois: "he was committed to this institution on 4/25/1928 from Marion County, Illinois, under a sentence of one to life for armed robbery. The record does not indicate the exact date of parole; however, he was paroled prior to 10/8/1933, at which time the records indicate he died while on parole at Jacksonville State Hospital, Jacksonville, Illinois."

Acc'd to work done on this cemetery & kept at Rootsweb he's in the state hospital section of Diamond Grove & likely has a cement post w/ a number on it rather then a stone.
