Thomas E. Ayers, 72, of Davis was born Dec. 9, 1936, in Davis to Fred and Edna Mae (Martin) Ayers and died March 5, 2009, at Sulphur. He lived in Davis all his life and worked for Sooner Rock company for many years. He was married to Deborah Biggs.
His survivors include three children, Vickie Ayers and Greg Ayers, both of Stratford, and Thomas B. Ayers of Sulphur, and two grandchildren.
Graveside services were March 9 at Corley Cemetery, south of Stratford. Pickard Funeral Home of Stratford was in charge of arrangements.
