Ona Lee Davis, 83, died Thursday in the West Park Long Term Care Center.
Mrs. Davis was born June 5, 1903 in Palo Pinto Co., Texas to William R. Clepper and the former Zora Hamilton. She married John R. Davis in 1923 in Caddo, Texas. Mr. Davis died in 1972 in Texas.
Mrs. Davis retired as a nurse after working many years at the Dallas Medical and Surgical Hospital, moving to Cody in 1973.
Survivors include two children, Margaret Holliday of Cody, and Richard Davis of Plano, TX; one brother, Alfred of Anaheim, Calif., one sister, Mary Boatright of Lovington, N.M.; five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Services were Monday at the Presbyterian Church with the Reverend Freeman McCall officiating. Burial was in the Riverside Cemetery. Pallbearers were Roy Holliday, Sr., Jeff Boatright, Roy Holliday, Jr., Richard Holliday, Randy Holliday, and Gary Holliday.
