She was born to Sybil Holland Jones Alderdyce and the late Ben J. Jones. The family moved to St. Helena where Barbara graduated from St. Helena High School and Parri Beauty College in Vallejo.
On May 28, 1960, she married Patrick J. Cremins, who survives at home.
In addition to her mother and husband, Mrs. Cremins is survived by two daughters, Mary Lewis and her husband, John of Richmond, Va., Susan Yarnall and her husband, Mark of Woodstock, Md.; one son, Patrick M. Cremins and his wife, Henriette of Taneytown, Md.; three grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Frances Hooper of Sacramento; four nephews and one niece; four great-nephews and four great-nieces and many cousins.
She was preceded in passing by her infant son, Sean Cremins and her sister, Carole G. Young.
