Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened. That the several persons herein named shall hereafter be called and known by the names which by this act the are respectively allowed to assume, viz: (mult names listed)……. Samuel S. Clogston of Goffstown, may take the name of Samuel S. Weston; Roxanna Clogston of Goffstown, may take the name of Roxanna Weston, Deborah B. Clogston of Goffstown, may take the name of Deborah B. Weston; Alonzo H. Clogston of Goffstown, may take the name of Alonzo H. Weston; Frederick A. Clogston, may take the name of Frederick A. Stone; Joseph A. Clogston of Goffstown, may take the name of Joseph R. Weston; Samuel Clogston of Goffstown, may take the name of Samuel Weston; ……….(cont with mult names listed). Approved, July 2, 1847.
