Aunt Neoma was born on a small 40 acre farm. The small farm house she was born in was built in the early 1900s by her Grandfather Frank Toll. She spent her first four years there. In 1936 her father decided to move to California. They were extremly poor and her father Harley had to make the tough decission to move to California and leave the only life he really knew, farming and hunting.
From 1936 to the early 50s she grew up in Los Angeles. Most of that time she lived in the Toll family home located on Century blvd. She married Johnny Venable in July 1952 and had 2 children with him, they are Debbie and Dave. Within a few years they devorced. She would later meet and marry uncle Paul Emerson in 1963. They had 2 more children Paula and Tim.
I would always remember her as a very nice lady.
