Mrs. Virginia Lovelady

Mrs. Virginia Emiline Lovelady, 85, 1218 Sherman St. SE, died Saturday at 9:10 a.m. at her residence.

Services will be Sunday at 4 p.m. at the Guntharp Funeral Home chapel with Rev. A. B. Van Arsdale, Rev. Gilbert Speake, and Rev. Clifford Mitchell officiating. Burial will be in the Roselawn Cemetery with Guntharp directing.

Survivors include five daughters, Mrs. Hattie McCulloch, Washington; Mrs. Icie Seamons, McKinzie; Mrs. Flora Craig, Mrs. Agnes Russell and Mrs. Grace Hill, Decatur; four sons, H. B. Lovelady, Manchester, Tenn.; H. E. Lovelady, Deland, Fla.; and J. T. Lovelady and N. R. Lovelady, Birmingham; one brother, Jack Rutledge, Jasper; three sisters, Mrs. Fetnah Kelley, Jasper; Mrs. Sealy Tingle, Double Springs; and Mrs. Etta Hembree, Memphis, Tenn.; 21 grandchildren; and a number of great-grandchildren.

Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.

The body will remain at the funeral home until time for services.
