Theodore Richard Fisher was born to Isaac Newton Fisher (1866 OH-1951 KS) and Elizabeth Goldsberry Fisher (1871 OH-1929 OK). He married Mildred Fairchild in 1932. They had no children. They retired to Taloga, Oklahoma after teaching school for many years for the Bureau of Indian Affairs in Oklahoma, Arizona, New Mexico and California. Ted served in the military in WW II as a cadet pilot trainer.
