Rushville Notes;
W.W. Hudspeth who was injured in the Maple Leaf wreck, died Saturday afternoon at ? o'clock, at his home near Rushville. Coroner Doyle held a post mortem examination. Mr. Hudspeth was 80 years old and had lived in that vicinity almost his entire life. There will be an effort made to show that Mr. Husdpeth wasnt in his right ? when he made a settlement with the claim agent of the company for $75.00. He was buried at the Hudspeth grave yard...physician Walker was down Saturday investigating the reported case of smallpox of Mrs. Geo. W. Hudspeth. He says the case isnt far enough advanced for him to talk. He didnt quarantine her...They have smallpox in the Wilson neighborhood, above town.
