Patricia Mae (Hovis) Morrow
Patricia Mae Morrow, 79, of Springdale died Oct. 29, 1995, at Northwest Medical Center in Springdale. She was born July 7, 1916, in Clay County to Clarence and Hazel E. Fowler Hovis. She was retired from retail sales, was a homemaker, and a member of Pleasant Street Church of Christ in Springdale. She moved to the area 12 years ago from Auburn Hills, Mich. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Emil Ziekowit.
Survivors include her husband, Durward Clark Morrow of the home, to whom she was married Aug. 30, 1986; two sons, William Michael Cherry of East Berlin, Pa., and Richard Lee Cherry of Auburn Hills; two stepdaughters, Katrina Battenfield of Wesley and Cynthia Dickinson of Springdale; one brother, John Emory Hovis of Reyno; five grandchildren; two stepgrandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Sisco Chapel in Springdale with Larry Branum officiating. Burial will be in Elk Township Cemetery at Peck, Mich., under direction of Harold R. Davis Funeral Home.
Honorary pallbearers will be grandchildren Scott Cherry, Brian Cherry, Ricky Cherry, Andrea Cherry and Dawn Cherry.
