LONACONING ‹ Helen Elizabeth (Brown) Beeman, 88, formerly of 80 W. Main St., Lonaconing, most recently a resident of McCrea Manor Nursing Home, Alliance, Ohio, died Aug. 24, 1999, at Alliance Community Hospital.

Born May 7, 1911, in Lonaconing, she was a daughter of the late Ralph Brown and Sarah (Wells) Brown Ravenscroft. She also was preceded in death by her husband Irvin F. Beeman, July 17, 1989; one son, Ralph Beeman; three brothers, John Brown, William Brown and David Brown; and one sister, Catherine Matthews.

Mrs. Beeman was of the Methodist Faith, and a member of the Senior Citizens of Lonaconing.

Surviving are three daughters, Lila Anderson, Lonaconing, Patricia Ann Solley, Niles, Ohio, and Catherine Johnston, Alliance, Ohio; 14 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

The family will receive friends at the Eichhorn-McKenzie Funeral Home, P.A., Lonaconing, Thursday, Aug. 26, 1999, from 7 to 9 p.m.

Services will be conducted at the funeral home Friday, Aug. 27, 1999, at 11 a.m., with the Rev. George Loar, officiating. Interment will be in Laurel Hill Cemetery, Moscow Mills.
