Albert Thornhill, born August 2, 1928 to Henry Thornhill and Aclifta Christine in Muldrow, OK. He was 81 years young. Albert was one of twelve children. He passed away September 28, 2009. Albert was married to Louise Nixon Thornhill for 62 years.

He is survived by his wife, Louise Nixon Thornhill of the home; 2 children, Chris Jones of Moore, OK, Albert Lee Thornhill of Calumet, OK; 7 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; 1 great great-grandbaby; 1 brother, his twin Dalbert Thornhill of Drumright, OK; 2 sisters, Mary Farris of Drumright, OK, Irene Russell of California; countless nieces and nephews that he loved like his own, as well as many friends and family.

Graveside services will be held Thursday, October 1, 2009 at Drumright Cemetery, Drumright, OK.

Services are under direction of John M. Ireland Funeral Home and Chapel, Moore, OK.
