Charleston - Funeral services for Mrs. Homer Adams were held today at the McMikle Funeral Home in Charleston. Burial was in the Oak Grove Cemetery here.
Mrs. Adams, 57 years old, of Rockwood, Mich., formerly of Mississippi County died Friday in a Detroit, Mich. hospital. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Flat Rock, Mich.
She was born March 3, 1950, in Arkansas. In 1932, she married Mr. Adams who survives.
Other survivors are two sons, Lethette and Lemoen Adams; three daughters, Mrs. Elzy Johnson, Mrs. Richard Fountain and Mrs. George Lawson; four brothers, Pleaze, George, Lossie and Dewey Hainey; four sisters, Mrs. Edna Chambers, Mrs. Bessie Stewart, Mrs. Hester Hodges and Mrs. May Pearson; and several grandchildren.
