Funeral services for Betty Chabarria, 60, of Coolidge, are scheduled at 10 a.m. Thursday at Valley Funeral Home Chapel in Eloy, with the Rev. Isabel Salazar, of Templo La Hermosa, officiating. Burial will be at Eloy Memorial Park. Visitation is scheduled from 6 to 8 tonight at Valley Funeral Home Chapel.
Mrs. Chabarria was born Jan. 25, 1929 in Fort Wayne, Indiana, and moved to Arizona 41 years ago. She died Dec. 24, 1989 at Pinal General Hospital in Florence. She was a homemaker.
She is survived by four sons, Chrisanto, David and Cruz, all of Coolidge, and Johnny, of Arizona; seven daughters, Luisa Nez, Rosa Hernandez, Lydia Chabarria and Lenora Chabarria, all of Coolidge, Esther Kirkpatrick and Angelia Maya, both of Phoenix, and Christina Galindo, of New Mexico; 31 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren.
